Remote Patient Monitoring

We are excited to offer additional care oversight for our patients. This program is designed to allow the physician to remotely monitor our patients’ vitals on a daily basis. Allowing the physician to have a baseline for each patient. The values can be tracked as part of the  patient’s wellness plan. The physician can take action if a patient’s vitals deviate significantly from his or her baseline.

This program has been designed and covered by Medicare and most secondary insurances. (subject to usual deductibles and coinsurance)

Taking Care of You

Putting Patients First

As you know from personal experience, our healthcare system is becoming extremely complex. From my perspective as an experienced physician, the many changes underway in healthcare will continue to affect our relationship and my ability to provide the highest quality service to you, my patients. After much reflection and soul-searching, I have decided that I do not want to compromise my diligent attention to your individual care.

Therefore, I am going to devote the next phase of my medical career to providing services for a smaller group of patients. We will work together, in partnership, to further optimize your well being. An important step in this process will be the development of your personalized wellness plan. We will meet and discuss the results of your examination and tests, identify areas on which we need to focus, and craft a wellness plan personalized just for you. We will work together to ensure that you are implementing your plan. We will continue to bill your insurance company for the delivery of your medical services.

I look forward to partnering with you on your quest for optimum well-being and happiness. I hope you will join me on this exciting journey.
